Troy has been a Realtor since 1984.  After earning and B.S. in Business from Indiana State University, Troy began his career in the real estate industry.  Since 1984, he has become a certified residential broker (CRB), been awarded the Terre Haute Area Association Realtor of the Year award, served as the region 7 vice president of the Indiana Association of Realtors, and served as the Indiana real estate commissioner.  Currently, Troy is the Realtor Political Action Committee Trustee for the Indiana Association of Realtors, He serves as Treasurer of the Terre Haute Area Assocation of REALTORS MLS and is licensed in both Indiana and Illinois.

Also active in the community, Troy has serves on:

•  Union Hospital Foundation Board of Directors
•  Goodwill, Vice President to the Board of Directors
•  Ivy Tech Economic Development Commission
• Hospice of the Wabash Valley, Board of Directors
• Terre Haute Redevelopment Commission, Mayor appointment

Troy and his wife, Bernice, together have four children: Craig, Sarah, Ryan, and Abbe.  They reside in Terre Haute and love to call it HOME.
