Bernice has been a Realtor since 2008 and worked in the Real Estate Finance Industry for 20 years.  She holds the designation of Certified Residential Mortgage Professional (CRMP), as well as Foreclosure & Short Sale Resource (FSR).   She formerly served as the state secretary/treasurer of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association and was a member of the Freddie Mac's Community Lenders National Advisory Board.  In addition, Bernice was presented with the 2006 Affiliate Member of the Year award by the Terre Haute Association of Realtors.  She earned a First Financial Bank s President Award in 2007 and was Awarded the Richard D. Newport Award for  the United Way of the Wabash Valley in February 2010.

Bernice is also active in the Community.  Currently, she serves on:

• United Way, Board of Directors, Vanguard Committee, Campaign Cabinet
• Harsha Behavior Center and Savera Geriatric Care Center, Board of Directors
• Terre Haute Area Association of Realtors, Board of Directors
• Greater Terre Haute Home Builders Association, Member
• St Mary of the Woods College Leadership Advisory Council

Personally, Bernice and Troy have four children: Craig, Sarah, Ryan, and Abbe.  Bernice is an accomplished vocalist and has performed in such venues as the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra.
