A once-in-a-lifetime thing happened for a couple right here in the Wabash Valley and we were lucky enough to play a small part in it. Last week a guy looked at a home. Then he showed...read more
It has been an amazing year here at Coldwell Banker Troy Helman REALTORS. We have had record breaking sales (month after month!), helped so many families settle in to new homes, helped a man propose to his fiancé (and buy a house), shared sorrows and tears along with jokes and laughter. We’ve also worked in the community in many different aspects for causes that are close to our hearts and celebrated as Bernice Helman was recognized nationally with the Good Neighbor Award for her service with United Way of the Wabash Valley and many other local programs.
In this season of Thanksgiving, we wanted to share our gratitude. We are thankful for the successes we’ve seen in our office this year, for the hundreds of families who put their trust in us to guide them through one of the biggest investments they will make in their lives. We are thankful for our Coldwell Banker Troy Helman family and the way we can lift one another up in times of hardship or celebrate with each other in both business and personal successes. We are thankful for our own families who understand that real estate is not your average 8-5 job and also thankful that we are in a position to adjust our schedules to be there for life’s most important moments. We are thankful for our Principal Broker and his wife, the Vice President of our company, for their generosity of spirit, their ability to lead and guide us in our business decisions and the way they focus on making the most moral decisions rather than just the most profitable ones. We are thankful for this fine community that we all live in and the nation and all of those who sacrifice their freedom for our own.
In this season, and all year, we are thankful.
