BROKERS / OWNERS
Troy and Bernice Helman are owners of Coldwell Banker Troy Helman, REALTORS with Troy serving as President and Principal Broker. Troy is a second-generation owner with over 25 years of real estate experience. Throughout his real estate career, Troy has been very active with the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR) where he served as Indiana Real Estate Commissioner from 2003-2005. He was past president of the Terre Haute Association of REALTORS and received REALTOR of the year in 1997. Currently, Troy is a trustee for the Indiana Association of REALTORS Political Action Committee.
Bernice serves as Vice President of the company. She joined the firm in 2008 after spending 20 years in the real estate finance industry. She is active with the Terre Haute Area Association of REALTORS, where she currently serves on their Board of Directors. Bernice is active in the community, and is a member on the Harsha Behavioral Center Board of Directors and the St. Mary of the Woods College Leadership Advisory Council. She is very involved with the greater Terre Haute Home Builders Association and is the 2011 United Way of the Wabash Valley Campaign Chair.
Troy and Bernice have four children and live in Terre Haute. They both actively sell real estate and enjoy mentoring their agents.
